Controller and scope

This draft covers only the public site, demo/contact forms and direct contact. It does not describe ED Nexus application accounts, tenants, documents, billing or connectors.

Data and purposes

The demo form requires name, company and professional email; phone, team band and message are optional. The contact form requires name, company, email and message; phone is optional. Locale, source, notice version, request ID, start time and an anti-spam honeypot are also processed.

Data is used to validate and handle the request and prevent abuse. There is no newsletter or checkout. The legal basis, field necessity and role of the current acknowledgement require counsel review.

Recipients, hosting and transfers

Locally and in the configured preview, the body is validated in memory and the transient sink keeps request IDs, not a durable lead database. No production delivery, email or CRM provider is configured.

Remote hosting also processes the form body submitted to its runtime and may process network metadata. Production provider, entities, regions, subprocessors, logging and international transfers are unapproved blocking decisions. Direct email uses unverified mail infrastructure.

Retention and rights

Business proposal: up to 24 months for demo/contact enquiries, subject to a subsequent contract, legal obligations or applicable deletion. Ordinary technical logs: 90 days where applicable. These periods require legal review and implementation verification; they do not promise deletion already in operation. Backups, contracts, invoices, security and audit logs need separate verification.

Subject to applicable law, access, correction and deletion and, where relevant, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal and authority complaints may be available. Swiss FADP and GDPR territorial scope, procedure and authority details need legal confirmation; no immediate deletion or response is promised.
