Procedures verified on 13 September 2026 in a review environment with synthetic data. Command names refer to the verified Italian interface. Run the examples in a test environment with the stated permissions.
Create a customer
Before you start
Staff access in a test environment, with permission to write customer records.
Procedure
- From the Dashboard, select «Nuovo cliente».
- Select «Azienda» and fill in «Nome azienda», for example Guide Demo 20260913. External search is outside this procedure.
- Save once.
- Open «Clienti» and select the new customer.
Expected result
The saved name appears in the list and the customer detail can be reopened in the same environment.

Add an asset
Before you start
An existing test customer and permission to write asset records.
Procedure
- Open «Asset» from the customer context. The general view does not necessarily preselect the customer.
- Select «Nuovo asset»: name GUIDE-ASSET-20260913, type server and status attivo.
- In the «Clienti» selector, search for and select Guide Demo 20260913.
- Save, expand the customer group in the list and check the asset.
Expected result
The asset appears in the selected customer group with the entered name and type.

Record an intervention
Before you start
An existing test customer and asset; the session’s technician can be assigned.
Procedure
- Open «Interventi & Helpdesk» and select «Nuovo intervento».
- Enter the title Verifica operativa guida demo and a synthetic description of the requested work.
- Select customer Guide Demo, asset GUIDE-ASSET-20260913 and the session’s technician.
- Select «Crea intervento», open the new entry and check its associations.
Expected result
The intervention is «Aperto» and its detail shows the selected customer, asset and technician.

Record time
Before you start
An accessible, open test intervention.
Procedure
- In the intervention detail, select «Registra ore».
- Check the association; enter the description Verifica sintetica del dispositivo and 1.5 hours.
- In the test environment, keep the synthetic zero rate and save. This is a test value, not a commercial price.
- Close the detail and open «Time Tracking» > «Ore / attività»; expand the customer.
Expected result
A separate time entry appears with the entered description and 1.50 hours. The start/stop timer is outside this procedure.
